Friday, July 1
BFPD responded to power lines down near County Road 4 and Arleigh Dr.
Saturday, July 2
BFPD responded to a grass fire on the west side of Interstate 25. A pickup truck was parked in the area of the quickly spreading grass fire. The fire was extinguished and the truck was not damaged.
Sunday, July 3
BFPD crew assisted TVEMS with a bicycle accident on WCR 12. One patient was transported.
Monday, July 4
BFPD responded to an activated Lifeline alarm on Victoria St. The activation was accidental.
BFPD responded to a medical call at Ace Hardware. When TVEMS arrived, the evaluation and patient care was transferred to them.
Tuesday, July 5
BFPD responded to a medical call at 605 Joyce Court. Berthoud Fire assisted Thompson Valley EMS.
Wednesday, July 6
BFPD responded to a medical call at 705 7th Street. Thompson Valley assessed the patient and released Berthoud Fire from the scene.
BFPD responded to an odor/smoke investigation on N 83rd St and Yellowstone Road. Nothing was found at the address or in the area.
Thursday, July 7
BFPD response was cancelled while en-route to a possible medical emergency on Weld County Road 36.
Friday, July 8
BFPD responded to a hazmat leak at 855 Franklin Avenue. A cylinder was removed and nearby parties were checked for injuries.
BFPD responded to a smoldering trash fire at 2221 Clayton Place. The small, smoldering fire was extinguished and the scene was turned over to the Berthoud Police Department.
BFPD responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on I-25 at MM 251. Nothing was found at that location.
Saturday, July 9
BFPD responded to a medical call at 310 Mount Meeker Avenue. Berthoud Fire assisted Thompson Valley EMS and the patient was transported.
BFPD responded to a CO alarm at 1809 River Glen Drive.
BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident at W County Road 8 and Highway 287. Berthoud Fire provided basic patient care and then the patients were transferred over to Thompson Valley EMS for transfers to hospitals.
Sunday, July 10
BFPD responded to a grass fire on I-25 at MM 249. The crew found a slow moving grassfire, approximately 100′ x 20′ in size, in the median between I-25 NB and the frontage road. The crew extinguished the fire.
