In addition to his monthly public meetings in Estes Park and Berthoud, Commissioner Tom Donnelly adds a third, in Loveland, on the second Wednesday of each month at 8 a.m. at Schmidt’s Bakery & Delicatessen, 808 14th Street SW, Loveland. His special guest for the inaugural Loveland meeting is Larimer County Budget Director Bob Keister.
